Arrange a few shapes. Repeat them far too many times.
Add shapes to the single tile on the left, drag them where you like, then adjust size, angle and colour. Anything crossing an edge comes back on the other side.
The wall on the right shows the tile repeating. Both the tile and the wall can be saved as PNG files.
